A Sole Representative is a person who works as a link between the consumer and the company. A Representative is like the face of the business as he deals more with the clients or customers. This is the highest ranking employee of a company or a business overseas (in a different coun-try). A sole representative could also be a shareholder of the company and because of his or her strong knowledge of the products or services becomes, an important part of the company. He or she is also responsible for maintaining and upholding the policies, and trademark of the company. A business representative is very passionate about the business and can sometimes be mistaken for the owner or a major shareholder but they are not.The sole representative works hand in hand with every department but with three departments especially because they are all linked and are also customer driven

We can and often work to specific dead-lines, however, this will depend on my workload at the time. Much of this time is spent researching your target demo-graphic, your industry, competitor analysis and developing a comprehensive marketing section. As mentioned previously, you will receive a completely bespoke and detailed business plan.

Once we have sent over the draft business plan, you have 7 days to review and email back any specific amendments. We always urge our clients to read the plan thoroughly at this stage.
